CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation, reschedule, or service change.

    • With less than 24 hours’ notice, the base price of your service will be charged.

    • No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged the base price.

    • For group bookings (4+ people), we require 48 hours’ notice and a deposit of the base prices. Changes within 48 hours will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

    • For same-day bookings, this policy applies immediately once confirmed.

  • Appointments are carefully scheduled based on your request. If you reduce your service at check-in (for example, booking extensions but switching to a solid mani), that reserved time cannot be refilled on the spot. A downgrade fee ($20+ depending on tier) will apply.

  • Think of it like hair salons: if you booked a full highlight, keratin, and cut but showed up asking only for a trim, it would be nearly impossible to fill the extra time on the spot. The same goes for nails — timely notice keeps our artists’ time valued and our schedule flowing for all clients.

  • We carefully schedule each appointment based on your requested service. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service, and a late or cancellation fee may apply at our discretion.

MEMBERSHIP FAQ

  • Upgrades: Anytime—even mid‑month.
    Switches to a simpler tier: Available after your initial 3‑month period.

  •  Not at the moment.

  • Membership benefits are currently non‑transferable.

  • Totally fine—your design can be as minimal as you like. Your monthly rate stays the same, and any price difference can’t be rolled over or used for gratuity. We recommend booking looks that make the most of your tier’s value.

  • Add‑ons lets you personalize your service beyond what’s included in your tier—like Apres‑X extensions, our edit of go‑to simple art (French, chrome, a touch of sparkle).   Add‑ons must be selected at the time of booking and will be billed at checkout.

  • Memberships are designed for regular monthly visits. Benefits don’t roll over, so we recommend booking ahead to secure your spot.

  • Yes, appointments are still required. Pro tip: book your next appointment before you leave the studio.

  • You get up to four quick repair appointments each month between services. When booking, just add this service to your appointment so we can set aside the right amount of time for you.

  • No—memberships are for the individual member and can’t be shared or transferred.
