  • You may sign up at our studio, online or by giving us a call at 786-697-7282.

  • We will automatically bill your card each month continuing on the day you signed up for Art Club. You may book an appointment at any time and all discounts will be automatically applied upon checkout following your service.

    Please note that membership does not include our suggested 20% gratuity.

    If your card on file is declined, we will reach out to update your information. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be canceled and any remaining manicures will be forfeited.

  • Membership begins with a short 3-month commitment to experience the benefits of our Japanese gel manicure services and the community events. After that, membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time with 30 days notice.

    Cancellations must be in written form and e-mailed to hi@manonailstudio.com. When a membership is canceled, you would then have 30 days to use any unused credits.

  • Yes. You’re able to freeze your membership for up to 3 months in one calendar year.

  • You may gift your month’s manicure to a friend twice a year.

  • Your membership includes one (1) gel mani with one of the designs from the special Art Club menu - same exact design on all 10 nails. Design changes/additions are of course welcome and will incur an additional fee at checkout.

    Any additional manicures for the month will receive a member’s discount of 10% off.

  • Any price differences due to downgrading a manicure service cannot be rolled over or used for gratuity. We highly suggest getting a manicure that takes advantage of the full membership value.

  • Think of us at the intersection of creativity and self-care. Art is at the core of everything we do - we’re “meet at the museum with a picnic” types. We promise food plays an integral part in our experience planning and the soundtrack will always hit (just like at the studio).

    Best for those who want to get hands-on with creativity, eat yummy snacks, and make new friends.

  • We’ll always reserve a limited number of tickets for non-members. These can be secured by staying tuned on Instagram or coming into the studio. These will be first come, first serve.

ART CLUB MEMBERSHIP FAQ

  • Mano kindly requests at least 24 hour notice for any cancellation, rescheduling or service change to your appointment.

    • If less than 24 hour notice is given to our studio for cancellation or rescheduling, the following fees will be charged: $60+ for appointments up to 2 hours, $80+ for longer appointments.

    • In the event of a no-show or same day cancellation, a minimum of the base price for the service will be charged.

    • For group bookings of 4+ people, we require 48 hours notice. Changes made to group bookings with less than 48 hours notice will result in losing 50% of the deposit.

    • For same day bookings, Cancellation Policy is immediately in effect after appointment is confirmed.

    Also please note, due to our limited availability we carefully allocate time slots to each client based on the specifics of their request, depending on your service and our availability.

    The best example we can share would be like if you booked a hair appt for full highlights, Keratin Treatment and a cut, and then you arrive to the salon and notify them that you would only like a trim.

    It would be very difficult for the hair salon to find a client on the spot to fill up the now extra slot available, and it goes the same way for nail studios.

    This is why we have our downgrade policy in place too, as the 24 hours allows for a business to at least get the slot filled. We thank your for your understanding and please ask you to keep this in mind to help us and all businesses out.

  • Please note, due to our limited availability we carefully allocate time slots to each client based on the specifics of their request, depending on your service and our availability. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the exact service that was originally booked due to the loss of time, and it is at our discretion that a cancellation/late fee may be due.

  • Mano requires a valid credit card to book any and all appointments.

  • Please note that we are currently closed on Sundays + Mondays. If you need to make any adjustments/cancellations to your appointment during these days, please note that our 24 hour notice policy still applies, and you may reach us via e-mail to cancel or reschedule at: hi@manonailstudio.com
